Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and handle enquiries.

• Register patients and schedule appointments.

• Process payments.

• Dispense medicines according to doctor's or physician's instructions.

• Assist with daily clinic operations.

• Keep the clinic clean and organised.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, or equivalent.

• Customer service experience is an advantage.

• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Basic computer skills.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
