Job Description:

• Manage the reception counter, phone calls, enquiries, and visitors
• Perform filing, mailing, and general administrative duties
• Receive and record deliveries, and distribute items to relevant staff
• Support sick bay operations and provide basic first aid when required
• Handle lost and found items and early student dismissals
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the reception and sick bay areas
• Assist with packing, relocation, and other operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years in reception or administrative support
• Language: Good written and spoken English
• Computer Skills: Basic word processing and dataentry
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills,and able to work independently and in a team
• Preferred: Experience in aschool environment (especially primary schools) and basic first aid knowledge
