We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Lead (AMS) to lead SAP Application Management Support (AMS) operations and drive service excellence across SAP Logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Logistics AMS support and ensure SLA compliance

Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests

Provide functional expertise across SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, (E)WM, PM, SSAM, Ariba)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including FICO, BASIS, BW, ABAP, and RPA

Lead and mentor the AMS support team

Drive continuous service improvement and ITIL best practices

Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, and service delivery quality

Requirements:

️ Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

️ 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or AMS support delivery role

️ Strong experience in SAP AMS, incident, problem, and change management

️ Deep understanding of SAP Logistics processes and cross-module integration

️ Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA is an advantage

️ Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow is preferred

️ SAP Certification is a plus
