Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and reception services for the ward.
  • Assist with ward cost control and charging procedures.
  • Follow directions from the Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Rotate in all ward areas.

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in customer service.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work extra hours and shifts.
