Work Locations:

• Puchong, Selangor
• Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, technical expertise, and current remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Evaluate contractors' claims and provide professional recommendations.
Deliver accurate and timely cost analysis and reporting to management.
Support project cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure quantity surveying documentation is prepared accurately and in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in quantity surveying consultancy is highly preferred.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Training and guidance will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
