Full Time AR Officer (Account Receivable) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd Tampoi - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and receipt processing.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, and customer refunds when required.
• Liaise with customers, sales team, and internal departments regarding payment-related matters.
• Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately and comply with company policies.
• Assist with audit and finance-related documentation as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
