• Assist the Director of Finance & Business Support in overseeing the daily operations of the Finance Department.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Review and strengthen internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, tax matters, and liaise with banks and relevant authorities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier, and Receiving & Store functions.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Finance team to ensure efficient departmental operations.
• Support the annual budgeting process, financial planning, and strategic business initiatives.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
