About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our office located in Kwai Chung, Kwai Tsing District.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of Bodybuilding Connection Limited. You will be responsible for creating graphic designs that communicate our brand message, engage our audience, and support our business objectives. This position is essential to our marketing, branding, and communications efforts, ensuring that all visual materials reflect our company's values and resonate with our target market.

Key responsibilities

• 
  Develop and create visually graphic designs for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials

• Design and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards

• Produce high-quality designs for website graphics, email campaigns, infographics, and other digital platforms

• Create engaging visual content for social media channels that aligns with our marketing strategy and audience demographics

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of our visual output

• Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring technical specifications are met

What we're looking for

• 
  Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating diverse design solutions (less experience will also be being considered)

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition

• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages through compelling imagery

• Experience in digital design and social media content creation

• Knowledge of print production processes and understanding of file formats, colour spaces, and printing specifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Experience in the fitness, health, or sports industry would be advantageous
