Basic salary: SGD $3,500(Not including mobile & transport allowances, capped)

Commission: Up to SGD $2,000 / project signed & paid(Expecting 3–5 projects a month for a good closer)

Realistic all-in per month: SGD $9,500 - $13,500

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire SME clients through your network, referrals, LinkedIn, and cold outreach
• Pitch marketing & AI solutions to owners, directors, and C-level decision-makers- positioning EDG/MRA grant support to make the investment easy to say yes to
• Spot SMEs ready to expand into Southeast Asia and open the MRA conversation
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to closed deal
• Build referral partnerships and consistently exceed monthly targets

Who You Are

• A self-driven hunter- competitive, target-focused, comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Brings an existing network of Singapore SME owners and decision-makers (strongly preferred)
• Confident and credible in front of business owners; strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in B2B (Singapore SME) sales- especially for marketing/creative agency, tech, grants, or consultancy services- is a plus
