Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of Western and Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation including pasta, sandwiches, salads, rice dishes, and Japanese-style cuisine
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes with attention to detail
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with menu development and introduce new dishes when required
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchen environment
