Job Description
- Lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and global accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation initiatives.
A Successful RTR Team Lead Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience in managing a team within an accounting or finance function.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
