Telemarketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/database.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and event invitations.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team when required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
