ParagonCorp Hiring! Full Time Streamverse Lead in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Streamverse Lead to accelerate business growth across social commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and scaling our live commerce strategy, driving GMV growth, and building a sustainable ecosystem of creators, hosts, agencies, and platform partners.

What You'll Do

1. Define and own the long-term Live Commerce growth strategy to accelerate revenue, market share, and customer acquisition across social commerce platforms.
2. Act as the strategic owner of Live Commerce P&L by identifying and optimizing the key growth levers across traffic, conversion, and profitability.
3. Develop scalable Live Commerce operating models that integrate content, creators, promotions, media investment, and commercial priorities.
4. Drive platform growth by leveraging deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, customer behavior, and emerging commerce trends.
5. Partner with Performance Marketing leaders to define traffic acquisition, media investment/Ads, and growth acceleration strategies.
6. Establish performance frameworks and predictive analytics to identify opportunities, risks, and growth interventions.
7. Build and lead a high-performing ecosystem of hosts, agencies, creators, and other external partners to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Min 4 years experience in Ecommerce, Social Commerce, Digital Commerce, or Growth roles
• Minimum 1.5-2 years leading a team
• Proven experience managing GMV targets & growth
• Experience scaling Live Commerce as a business channel, not only operational execution (The Brain)
