Job Descriptions:

• Decide on how to translate messages and ideas into visual
• Lead with the selection of design elements such as fonts, colours, and images for layouts
• Develop design guidelines and supervise design modifications throughout the development process
• Create visual communications across print, web and digital platforms
• Able to express creativity and concept developments by utilizing a wide range of media and computer-aided designs to produce high-quality artworks to elevate brand awareness to targeted market segment
• Manage, maintain, and ensure branding structures are consistent across all design projects
• Participate in brainstorming exercises with cross-functional teams to develop ideas
• Analyse latest developments and industry trends of new innovations, explore new design frontiers, latest advertising, assist brands in optimising their creative and digital efforts and initiatives
• Make modifications to designs after presenting them to the Manager
• Meet with other teams and listen to their needs and requirements to produce the required designs
• Produce Brand & Creative related report to be presented to the management
• Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or other related roles
• Must provide portfolio of completed design projects
• Proficient in using design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and other equivalent illustration tools)
• Excellent knowledge in web design and html would be an added advantage
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts
• Attention to visual details with strong graphic conceptualization skills
• Strong leadership, excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
