• Manage hiring operations to include the full recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles.
• dentify recruitment current and future talent acquisition needs and develop cohesive, regional and target group-oriented talent acquisition strategies.
• Drive standardization of the recruitment process and supporting tools.
• Increase overall employer brand awareness on the external Talent market to attract the best talent.
• Represent the company as ‘employer of choice’ to the external labor market and maintain strong relationship to external partners.
• Provide staffing expertise, advice and counsel to senior management and all levels within the organization on a variety of staffing issues.
• Get senior management involved in setting strategic objectives and gaining their active support for global/regional initiatives as an essential pre-requisite for achieving the company’s growth objectives.
• Performing other duties or projects assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Working experience in manufacturing sector required, glove manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly effective recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
