- Content Creation & Storyboarding: Develop high-quality, educational, and visually appealing content (infographics, videos, carousels) that explains solar PV, battery storage (BESS), and ESG benefits to the Malaysian market.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) specifically targeting both residential homeowners and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries, reviews, and comments on social platforms to build brand credibility and support customer service teams.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, Cost Per Lead, engagement rates) to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Brand Positioning: Align all communications with local energy regulations (such as Net Energy Metering/NEM) and corporate sustainability goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Multimedia Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on social media or digital marketing experience.
- Highly proactive with a proven track record of identifying opportunities and executing solutions without supervision.
- A genuine passion or willingness to learn about green technology, solar technology, and clean energy trends and candidates with previous solar industry experience will have an advantage.
- IT savvy and proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and creative tools like Canva.
- -Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia to support multilingual local campaigns.
