Job Summary

You will be responsible for delivering a diverse annual calendar of events. Manage client enquiries, develop proposals, and lead event projects (physical, virtual, hybrid) to successful execution. Collaborate with clients and teams to solve challenges and ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed proposals and quotations to secure project awards by following up on client enquiries
• Manage event projects from award to completion, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve challenges during project delivery and maintain client satisfaction
• Work independently and reliably in various settings, including remote and team environments, to meet project goals
• Leverage prior experience in events management and account management to support project needs effectively
• Prepare pitches, proposals, research, bios, and presentation decks to actively support new business development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate client servicing experience to enhance customer relationship management
• Apply understanding of technology to support event execution and client communication
• Hold a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and uphold high work ethics
• Show willingness to learn, curiosity, tenacity, and resilience in a dynamic work environment
• Maintain a positive attitude with readiness to work hard and put in long hours when required
• Possess 1-3 years of experience at a public relations agency or in-house role, including internships; prior agency or consulting experience is highly desirable
