• Working Days:  Mon-Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm ) 
• Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,800
• Working Location: Tuas West Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance, including IMTE / calibration of plant equipment.
• Plan and coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance for building and utility systems.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical / instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Carry out basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems, SCADA and HMI.
• Support new equipment installation, upgrades, feasibility study and planning.
• Liaise with and supervise contractors for maintenance and repair works.
• Prepare technical documents, including approval papers, work instructions, training materials and submissions to authorities.
• Support spare parts and inventory management, including quotation sourcing, price negotiation and ordering.
• Support the Technical Department in EHS activities, including risk assessment and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other maintenance and technical support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in chemical industry will be an advantage.
• Basic to working knowledge of PLC, SCADA and HMI systems, including basic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and / or instrumentation.
• LEW licence will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment and FMEA.
• Familiar with EHS requirements and ISO 14001 / 45001 / 9001.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
