Job Description:

• Promote training courses to the public
• Coordinate training schedules with trainers and testers
• Liaise with school/course administrators
• Manage enrolments via the registration platform
• Handle billing and accounts receivable
• Conduct training analysis and reporting
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed

Job Requirement:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Prior experience in administration, training coordination, or similar roles is an advantage
