Investment Analyst – Singapore

We are partnering with a leading international infrastructure investment platform seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to join its growing Singapore investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to gain exposure to complex infrastructure transactions across emerging markets, supporting investments from origination through to execution and portfolio management.

About the Role

Reporting to the Investment team, you will play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing infrastructure investments across Asia and other emerging markets. Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you will contribute throughout the entire investment lifecycle, including transaction origination, financial modelling, due diligence, credit analysis, execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

This position offers exceptional exposure to structured finance transactions, cross-border investments, and high-impact infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Origination: Support the identification, evaluation, and assessment of new investment opportunities while assisting in preparing investment proposals and business cases.

Due Diligence & Execution: Conduct commercial, financial, legal, and credit due diligence, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the transaction process.

Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and review financial models, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, assess credit risk, and support transaction structuring.

Transaction Management: Assist in executing investments from origination through financial close, including preparing investment committee materials and supporting financing documentation.

Portfolio Management: Monitor existing investments, analyse portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and prepare portfolio reporting for internal committees.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with borrowers, sponsors, financial institutions, advisors, and internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience within investment banking, project finance, structured finance, infrastructure investing, private credit, or a related investment environment.
• Exposure to investment origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, financial statement analysis, and credit assessment capabilities.
• Understanding of project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure financing is highly advantageous.
• Experience working across emerging markets or infrastructure investments would be beneficial.
• Additional Asian language capabilities, particularly Vietnamese, would be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced investment environment.
