Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions to address their needs.
• Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools while ensuring an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, cloud, ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, HRMS, fintech, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
• Experience engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI solutions or AI products is a plus, but not mandatory.
