Job Purpose:

To carry out and take responsibility for the tasks and activities relating to the operation of applications in production in GS-TF Operations with the following goals:

• Ensure the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to.
• Optimise operation in production
• Implement changes in accordance with requirements.
• Willingness to participate in the 24/7 shift service.

The position “End Of Day Processing Operator “comprises the following roles:

• IT Operations

Key Activities:

• Handling of Alarms and Events by Incident Tickets and escalations.
• Performing EoD Processing of global Branches (Prod, Prelife and Test) around the world via VMS and Windows Operation Systems (Menu)
• Initialization and Open for Business for all Branches worldwide.
• Performing Special EoD tasks for the NY Branch (Prod and Prelife) accessing different Platforms (ex. FED and GPS).
• Performing Local Applications incl. running reports.

Formal Education:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.

NOTE: Successful candidates will be employed on a 6-months contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd. Upon completion of the Corporate Trainee Program, permanent employment will be offered based on the overall performance evaluation throughout the 6 months program.
