• Assist in preparing client planners, proposals and appointment documentation for consultants
• Support consultants in managing client enquiries through email, phone and messaging platforms
• Maintain and update client records, contact logs and digital profiles within internal systems
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow-ups across multiple calendars
• Prepare basic reports on client engagement activities and meeting summaries
• Organise, scan and maintain compliance documentation and service agreements
• Support campaign coordination, outreach activities and client follow-up reminders
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth client servicing operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,300.00 per month
