Made of fresh ingredients, prepared a la minute, our dishes are meant to be shared and arrive in the middle of the table, whenever they are ready. We are now recruiting for our Hong Kong team, if you are enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional, eager to explore and grow in the F&B industry, we strongly welcome you to join our team to start this fantastic journey with La Petite Maison.
Responsibilities
Greet customers at the door and be positive ensuring a great initial impression
Organize the floor and seat customers where possible.
Communicate clearly and pro-actively on wait times.
Takes reservations and answer various of customer inquiries over the phone
Monitors reception operations
Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service
Maintains good communication and working relationships with all departments
Requirements
Pleasant, proactive and customer services oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent Cantonese and English, other language is an advantage
Attitude with a desire to achieve the best possible level of customer experience is essential
A strong team leader, able to build successful relationships with the staff, management team and the supporting teams.
