About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. This is a field-based role that offers the opportunity to directly contribute to business growth by acquiring new customers, onboarding partners, and strengthening our presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Identify and acquire new customers, driver-partners, vendors, or merchants through field visits and lead generation activities.
• Conduct area mapping and prospecting to maximize market coverage and customer reach.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Partner & Customer Onboarding

• Guide new customers and partners through the onboarding process.
• Ensure all required documentation and verification are completed accurately.
• Support new partners in understanding and adopting our platform.

Territory Management

• Take ownership of the assigned territory and develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent field presence to strengthen brand visibility.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Address customer and partner queries professionally and promptly.
• Resolve issues with empathy while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely issue resolution when necessary.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visit logs, and sales records.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for reporting and customer onboarding.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and assigned territories.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.19 per month
