Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam

Works Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)

About the Client:

Our client is a leading advanced composites company. They develop, manufacture, and market lightweight, high-performance structural materials, including carbon fibers, reinforcements for composites, prepregs, honeycomb, matrix systems, adhesives, and composite structures, used in commercial aerospace, space and defense and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Administration, Order Entry, and Management through Microsoft D365 and AX2012
• Provide efficient day to day customer service support to regional customers.
• Work closely with customer’s purchasing team and our client’s internal team at various locations globally.
• Delivery and Logistics Support.
• Documentation support.
• Assist Sales & Marketing and local Technical Support team with day-to-day activities – such as forecasting, material, order coverage, payments, quality documentations, and month end closures.
• Assist with office administration work as required.

Key Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• A Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP order management systems are essential.
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus.
• Open and willing to learn new skills.
• Required language(s): Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) is essential. Knowledge of Thai or Vietnamese languages are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role.
• Experience and understanding of working in a diverse working environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Candidate must be pleasant, friendly and of an outgoing nature.
