Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service and product sales to retail walk-ins and online customers
Responsible, friendly and efficient services client services to all guests and attending to customers’ needs, and inquiries
Assists providing recommendations according to customers’ needs
Replenish display counters with products
Responsible for the stock taking and cashiering duties
Assist in meeting sales target
Basic housekeeping to ensure that storefront is clean and professional looking
Execute other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
Able to speak and write simple English
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
Able to work shifts, including Weekends and Eve/Public Holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Have initiative, good attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independent or as a team
Applicants with basic food hygiene certificate preferred
