Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups.
• Help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.
• Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and support pipeline forecasting.
• Help prepare marketing collateral, case studies, and event materials.
• Work closely with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.

Requirements

• Qualifications for QS Management Trainee Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/ QS or related industry. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude.
• Target-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver targets in fast-paces.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Fluent in written & verbal English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
