Job Summary

Drive and achieve assigned sales targets across IT Solutions, ERP, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity services, Managed Content Services, etc. while delivering solution-led value, service excellence and strong customer satisfaction to support the Company’s profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, promoting the Company’s full portfolio of IT Solutions, ERP, Managed Content Services and more.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.

• Work closely with pre-sales, ITS and technical teams to design, propose, and close solution-based deals.

• Lead customer requirement analysis and solution mapping to recommend value-driven solutions aligned with customer goals.

• Manage complex sales opportunities end-to-end, including prospecting, negotiations, and RFP/RFQ submissions.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and activity tracking in SAP/CRM.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Ensure compliance with credit policies, governance standards and internal business processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.

• Experienced in solution-based B2B sales within IT Solutions, ERP, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, Digital Transformation and other related field.

• Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent consultative selling, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams; SAP/CRM experience is an advantage.
