1. Halal Certification & Compliance
Ensure all products, ingredients, and operations comply with JAKIM or recognized Halal certification standards. Maintain certification status and prepare necessary documentation for audits and renewals.

2. Documentation & Process Management
Manage and maintain accurate Halal and QSC records, including certificates, ingredient documents, approvals, and compliance reports.

3. Supplier Compliance Management
Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure all suppliers meet Halal and QSC requirements.

4. Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) Audits
Perform regular outlet and kitchen audits to ensure consistent compliance with Halal and QSC standards.

5. Staff Training & Awareness
Conduct Halal and QSC training programs to improve staff understanding and compliance with required standards.

6. Incident Management & Improvement
Handle Halal and QSC-related issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and identify improvements to enhance compliance processes.

7. Stakeholder Communication
Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries regarding Halal and QSC compliance while providing updates on relevant changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: A recognized bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, Halal Management and other related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least have related experience during studies in editing, entrepreneurship, food & halal regulatory, consultation/advisory services and ability to prepare label design, reports and proposals as required

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
