Vacancies available for residential, basically the roles as a Building Manager, you are responsible for but no limited to:

• To ensure that all management matters (day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenancy, credit control, etc.) are running smoothly in accordance with procedures and guidelines provided by headquarters.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the organization’s financial performance against budget and actual.
• Prepare and manage approved annual budgets.
• Provide necessary supervision and advice on matters pertaining to mechanical and electrical building services systems to the site staff.
• To attend meetings with the client, respond to any inquiries and follow up on all outstanding matters arising from the meeting with appropriate action plans.
• Manage all tenants within the building on their requests/complaints related to common facilities and services, issuing letters and notices, and attending meetings with tenants as and when required.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Property / Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of proven working experience in Property Management
• Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports, checklist and presentations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, report writing skills & presentations.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
