MEP Enviro Technology Hiring! Full Time POLYMER ENGINEER in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,300 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of polymer material (Example: Plastic, Polymer composites, emgineering plastic)
• knowledge of polymer processing (Example: extruction, injection moulding) & Characterization of polymer (DSC, TGA, FTIR, mechanical testing).
• Understanding of quality control, conduct test to ensure polymer meet specification.
• Assist in researching, developing, and optimizing polymer materials for specific applications.
• Conduct experiments to characterize polymer properties and performance and analyze experimental data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and development of polymer solutions.
• Assist in the scale-up and manufacturing process of polymer materials, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the consistency and reliability of polymer products.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in polymer science and engineering, and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in providing technical support to internal teams and external partners, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Contribute to project documentation, including experimental procedures, results, and reports.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, following company policies and safety protocols.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in polymer materials development, characterization, or processing, preferably in an industrial or research setting.
• Solid understanding of polymer chemistry, structure-property relationships, and processing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Fresh Graduate from related background are encourage to apply.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
