Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, payroll, and reconciliations
• Perform month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and timeliness
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts / finance team
• Ensure audit readiness, liaise with external auditors, and manage tax compliance (corporate tax, GST/SST, payroll tax)
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow management, and cost optimisation
• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and compliance procedures
• Support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Working hour:

8.30am-5.30pm (Mon -Fri)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
