About the Role
BrandMe Associates is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the event, exhibition, and experiential marketing industry.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing branding activities, generating leads, and supporting business growth across Malaysia and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Manage and grow BrandMe Associates’ brand presence and corporate identity.
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations Teams to generate leads and support client acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and influencers when required.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and promotional activities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI-driven execution.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive role.
- Experience in the event, exhibition, advertising, branding, marketing agency, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
