Role Description This is an internship role based on-site at Ara Damansara. The intern will support daily operations related to scientific and laboratory equipment, including assisting with basic equipment handling, documentation, and inventory tracking. Responsibilities may include helping prepare product information, organizing technical data, supporting customer service activities, and coordinating with internal teams on logistics and scheduling. The intern will also learn about laboratory applications, participate in routine administrative tasks, and contribute to process improvements as guided by supervisors.
Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply basic scientific and technical concepts related to laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail when managing records, data, and inventory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with customers or partners.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital tools.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions while taking initiative in assigned tasks.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or business is advantageous.
• Interest in laboratory environments, scientific equipment, or industrial applications will be considered an added benefit.
