Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation, packing, and daily kitchen operations
  • Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Receive, store, and replenish ingredients and supplies
  • Assist with stock control and inventory checks
  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform general housekeeping and other duties assigned by Management
