As part of its continued growth and expansion, ETO Markets is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Operations Executive / Senior Payment Operations Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in payment operations, finance operations, banking operations, or fintech to develop their careers within a dynamic international environment. The role offers exposure to payment processing, banking channels, payment service providers (PSPs), operational controls, and cross-functional collaboration while providing clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

As a key member of the Payment Operations team, you will help ensure the smooth, secure, and timely processing of payment and withdrawal transactions while supporting operational excellence across multiple payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify payment and withdrawal transactions in accordance with company policies, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Process payment and withdrawal requests accurately within established service timelines.

• Monitor daily transaction activities and investigate delayed transactions, exceptions, or operational discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal teams, banking partners, and payment service providers (PSPs) to support efficient transaction processing.

• Handle payment-related operational inquiries and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor payment channels and assist in resolving transaction flow issues or service disruptions.

• Escalate operational incidents and support contingency procedures to minimize service interruptions.

• Ensure all operational activities are performed in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position and will have opportunities to:

• Take ownership of complex payment operations and high-volume transaction environments.

• Work closely with banks and payment service providers on transaction flows, settlement matters, and issue resolution.

• Support process optimization and operational improvement projects.

• Coach and guide junior team members to improve team effectiveness and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, payment operations, banking operations, fintech, brokerage, investment banking, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of transaction processing, financial operations, and operational controls.

• Experience with payment gateways (PSPs), banking channels, e-wallets, or payment processing environments will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

• Experience supporting transaction-related inquiries or operational investigations is an added advantage.

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Comfortable supporting shift schedules when required. Current operational shifts are primarily on weekdays, with the latest shift ending at 12:00 AM.
