Job Description
Responsibilities
Location: Islandwide (Sport Centre as required)
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
Duration: 11 months Key Responsibilities:
Ensure assigned Sport Centres are safe, well-maintained, and operational.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrading works with contractors and internal teams.
Monitor preventive maintenance and ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards.
Assist with budget tracking, contractor payments, and maintenance documentation.
Support facility enhancement projects and cyclical maintenance planning.
Work with stakeholders to improve facility operations and user experience.
Perform any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Level
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering
Relevant technical qualifications / maintenance certifications would be an advantage
