Responsibilities
Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for freight forwarding and logistics services in the Penang region.
Develops and maintains relationships with key customers, identifies new business opportunities, and prepares competitive logistics solutions and quotations. Works closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.
Monitors market trends, negotiates contracts, and supports the achievement of sales targets while strengthening the company's market presence.
