Responsibilities
- Bring exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests
- Prepare the restaurant for daily opening and closing operations, maintaining cleanliness and readiness
- Make sure and attend to guests' needs and ensure smooth table service throughout the dining experience
- Maintain efficient coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery and high service standards
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace discipline in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
