VENDING MACHINE REPAIRER AND SERVICER

Responsibilities:

* Install, inspect, and maintain vending machines at various locations.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults.

* Refill, clean, and ensure machines are in good working condition.

* Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

* Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly.

* Test machines after repairs to ensure proper operation.

* Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

* Coordinate with the customer service team on reported machine issues.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company standards.

* Travel to different customer sites as required.

Requirements:

* Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Relevant experience in vending machines, electrical equipment, or field service is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

* Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

* Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Willing to travel across Singapore.
