Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supports HBM PC operations by performing manual pushing of reclaim wafers in shark cages from Fab to Loading Dock,
  • Manual loading and unloading of FOSBS/FOUPs from storage(including from loading dock/warehouse) to PC Fab Sharkcages/Sorter/Olus tools,
  • Ensuring safe material handling and uninterrupted production flow in accordance with safety and operational procedures.
  • TM will be moving around in Fab cleanroom environment and also Loading dock to receive FOSB/FOUP/wafers and unpacking carton boxes
