Job Description

We are a leadingconstruction firm inSingapore looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor tojoin our project team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing daily on-siteoperations, ensuring that projects are completedsafely, on time, and accordingto technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

·        On-SiteSupervision: Overseeallarchitectural and structural works on-site to ensure they comply withapproveddrawings and quality standards.

·        ProgressMonitoring: Monitordaily workprogress and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensuretimelycompletion of project milestones.

·        SafetyCompliance: EnforceWorkplaceSafety and Health (WSH) regulations and ensure all workers adhere tosafetyprotocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.

·        QualityControl: Conductregular siteinspections and coordinate with Resident Technical Officers (RTO)orConsultants for site inspections.

·        Documentation: Maintainaccurate daily site diaries,progress reports, and manpower records.

·        ProblemSolving: Identifypotentialtechnical issues or site constraints early and propose practicalsolutions tothe Project Manager.

·        Material Management: Manage the delivery,storage, andusage of construction materials on-site to minimize wastage.
