Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Cook dishes following exact recipes, ensure correct portion sizes, and maintain fast service times.
• Team Leadership: Supervise junior cooks, train new helpers, and assign daily kitchen tasks.
• Stock & Inventory: Check food supplies, track ingredients, and help reorder items to prevent waste.
• Hygiene & Safety: Follow local food safety laws, keep clean workstations, and handle equipment safely. 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen.
• Certificates: Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or basic culinary training.
• Skills: Good communication, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure in fast shifts.
