Job Position - SAP R2R

Experience - 8+ years

Location - Malaysia

Job Description -

• 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, R2R process implementation, and data migration projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP data migration delivery from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of R2R data objects, migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit), and data validation techniques.
• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in global delivery models with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) and/or Manufacturing industries.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Fiori apps for finance, or advanced financial analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration methodologies, regulatory compliance, audit processes, and financial controls.

Education Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration) is preferred.
• SAP Certification in SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Data Migration is highly desirable.
