We’re Hiring: Event Coordinator

Creatives Dot is looking for an organised and proactive Event Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging finance-related events. You’ll work closely with vendors, marketing teams, and event staff to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate finance-related events from concept to execution
• Manage event schedules, logistics, budgets, and materials
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external partners
• Work with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance
• Oversee on-site operations and handle unexpected issues
• Gather feedback and recommend improvements for future events
