Job Description

Responsibilities

TC Management Services Corporation Sdn Bhd is looking for Senior Executive, Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training Operations and Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end training coordination including scheduling, logistics, participant management, and venue arrangements to ensure smooth and timely programme execution.

2. HRDC Administration & Compliance

  • Handle HRDC grant applications, claims, and documentation, ensuring full compliance with HRD Corp requirements, submission timelines, and audit standards.

3. L&D Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate training records, prepare reports and dashboards, and manage documentation, and support certification and data tracking within L&D systems, AIMS.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, internal trainers, training providers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and programme delivery.

5. Programme & Revenue Support

  • Support programme enrolment, cost tracking, and administrative coordination to contribute to revenue generation and programme profitability.

6. Training Needs & Operational Support

  • Assist in data collection and coordination for Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the implementation of learning initiatives and programmes.

7. Compliance with SOPs & Processes

  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions in all L&D operations.

8. Continuous Improvement & Service Quality

  • Identify and implement improvements in training processes, workflows, and administrative efficiency to enhance participant experience and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or HR operations.
  • Experience in HRDC grant applications, claims submission, and compliance.
  • Experience working with training providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage training coordination, documentation, reporting, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programmes in a fast-paced environment.
