Role Description The Owner role at Axsys Systems is a full-time hybrid position based in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and coordination of machinery-related projects and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. The Owner collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and clients to optimize processes, drive business growth, and maintain regulatory and safety compliance. The role also involves building and maintaining key relationships, guiding business development initiatives, and making decisions that support both short-term results and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications

• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Experience in operations management within machinery, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients and vendors.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance practices in machinery or industrial environments.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including coordinating on-site and remote activities in Subang Jaya.
• Previous ownership, senior leadership, or entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
