We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to manage CRM campaigns, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution and QA
• Handle campaign approvals and pre-launch validations
• Identify data, system, and campaign-related issues
• Manage CRM incidents and coordinate with vendors
• Track SLAs and support root-cause analysis
• Communicate risks and technical limitations to stakeholders
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams

Required Skills:

• 2–3+ years of experience in CRM, digital operations, or campaign execution
• Strong attention to detail and ownership
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of HTML or SQL
• Experience with CRM or automation tools such as SendGrid, Twilio, or similar
• Strong English communication skills

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
