• Answering inbound call, respond and resolve the queries.
• Reply email/ICM related to claim, medical products and benefits
• Ensure agreed customer service standards are consistently met.

Requirement:

• Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum degree holder
• Willing to work on shifts
• Willing to work on PH and weekend.
